Have only dealt with this dealer once and wasn't good. Needed a battery for my plane, googled it and RChobbyland came up, went on website, website showed as this item in stock, tried calling fone wouldn't answer so trusting website bought battery and left email asking if what I bought was in stock. Got reply saying no it isn't we will refund you which took 3 days(that's if they did, still waiting)also rang next day and they said were busy I'll call u back and didn't. They sent me a email 3rd day saying Done, that was it meaning my refund I guess, anyway poor service, rude and don't trust website.

I agree with Scott Rusell, dont waste your time with these guys, because thats all they do to you!!Ordered parts months ago, they said they needed to get the items from the manufaturer.... waiting ..... called .... waited .... called and still NOTHING! 60 bucks right down the drain!!!

Ordered a can of paint, and they accidentally sent the wrong item. Correct item arrived the next day. Excellent customer service with no fuss. Will buy from RC Hobbyland again for sure.

OMG Shipped and received the next day! I waited soooo long for Ultimate hobbies to send my order and finally had to hassle for a refund after two weeks.However RC Hobbyland shipped immediately and I got it straight away!!! Thank you so much!!!
