My hubby & I have been coming to this studio for 5 years. Terrie is so professional & all teachers involved at this studio are simply wonderful & the reason why we keep coming back. I find the Embody hot yoga app so easy to use & to book in my classes. I guarantee you if you join this yoga studio the only disappointment you’ll feel is that you should have signed up sooner!!

The flexibility of the class times work really well for me. And such a clean and hygienic studio filled with amazing friendly instructors. I feel so good after going to their classes.

Embody Hot Yoga Marion is simply amazing! The teachers are incredible, the classes are outstanding and I ALWAYS leave feeling strong and fresh with a clear mind, and ready to take on what lies ahead. I just wish I could go more often.

Embody is such an awesome studio and has a great community of people; I really wouldn’t go anywhere else. There is absolutely no pressure to do anything outside your comfort zone or level of capability; yet the teachers are encouraging and supportive of growth. It’s a great way to release and relax, or work out...in a beautiful and peaceful environment (yet friendly and fun).

Embody is my go to for hot yoga in Adelaide. The space is so calming and the instructors are lovely! Booking into a class is also very easy, all done via an online booking system/app.
