Great place to shop, went into Asics Miranda not sure what I was really needed, started talking to the store manager who went into detail about the different shoes, walked out with the most wonderful pair. THANK YOU ANGELA appreciate your help.. will definitely be back.

ASICS MENACE $240.00 Rugby boots used from March 2022 until June 2022, cleaned regularly, the silver synthetic material started showing signs of falling apart end of May 2022 quickly deteriorated. Manager at Miranda store was very rude and claimed that the boots were mistreated and would not accept warranty claim. Boots were used 3-5 days a week though failed to meet our expectations of ASICS rugby boots.

I bought direct from ASICS for the first time. When the shoes didn’t fit I sent them back and was told that I had voided the conditions of sale by my son trying them on. I tried to follow up on email and didn’t get a response. Stay away!!!

Excellent customer service. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about the products especially Declan and Amara. They make you feel so comfortable shopping there unlike the one in Bondi Junction. Will only buy Asics products from this shop.

Went to the new ASICs shop at Miranda and was served by Zara. She was VERY helpful and an absolute delight. It is due to amazing service by your staff like Zara that keep me as a loyal shopper. I've worked retail for 15 years and she is an asset to your company. Hope this feedback is passed on to her. New shop looked great too.

Absolutely ZERO for Service!!! We were the only two people in there . And the service from the young girl was terrible!! Not impressed Wake up when you come to work !!

Great customer service via Marcus. He Explained all options well. He also directed me to the asics website as they do not stock the GT 2000 SX in black. Have found asics a reliable brand for over 2 decades now.

Such a good experience (for someone who normally hates shopping)!!! We were helped by Zara and she was fantastic, analysed how i run on the indoor treadmill—super neat. I didn’t buy shoes in store as I wanted to order them online but the selection was amazing and the staff were so attentive and helpful :) will definitely be back for all of my running/sport purchases
