Hertz Car Rental Tweed Heads

Had a great experience and grabbed a good deal with Hertz. Online booking process was easy and the pickup process was quick. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Even when I wanted to extend my lease it was dealt without a problem. The car itself was immaculate and ran very smoothly. Will be hiring again from Hertz.

Firstly before I leave this poor review I will say the two ladies at Tweed Heads were wonderful and this is no reflection on them. However if you are relying on timely delivery of a truck to move and require a truck that doesn’t need roadside assistance Hertz may not be for you. We got a discount for the late delivery as we waited an hour for it to arrive. (thank you) However when we had to wait two hours for the NRMA to fix the battery and then take two hours to buy a trolley because the one supplied was broken well a further discount would have been appreciated.The fact that the Roadside assistance advised to run the truck when stopped to ensure it didn’t die again meant an extra $20 in petrol; the time spent meant another day moving. What did Hertz do? Nothing.Poor form. The manager at Hertz Tweed Heads was rude and unapologetic The one star is for the office ladies otherwise if I could it would be no stars.

The Lady Emma is just so rude and condescending. She has NO customer service skills whatsoever!! The service with her wasn't great at all. Becareful on taking out insurance when renting the car. Make sure you make them take out the contract and read before signing!!! What they tell you and what is written is two different things!! For me, I will NOT use Hertz again!

We hired a moving truck and it was a pleasure to load, unload & drive.We fitted alot of our final stuff for our house move.The staff were friendly and helpful.

Mixed feelings re this place. Great service in place of business. But spoke with a horrid woman when questioned when my $200 refund was to be showing in my account. She almost called me a lier and said it would be with 5 working days. It is now 11 working days and is still not showing. I ring Hertz and can get noone to discuss my matter with. Have left messages but no return. Previously, a few years ago, excellent service, so hope this happens again.

Be careful if you do bad reviews for a good reason to this place…. They won’t lend you a car anymore….. pathetic!!!! We had a really bad experience last time with the lady at the counter the call my wife c….. better don’t say it !!! Now we have tried to rent a car and we been denied because politely have done a review!!! Unbelievable I’m surprised that that lady still there !!! Just go to the gold cost airport better price and great costume service

I found the staff friendly good quality cars and it was ready for collection on time and no problem with return very efficient
