As a triathlete, I have presented to Dirk with many injuries related to both my upper and lower body; both acute and chronic issues. Dirk’s expertise has assisted to rehabilitate those issues as well as provide invaluable knowledge with pre-hab, mobility and strengthening to address the root cause of those problems. Dirk addresses both the immediate issues as well as assessing the functional/biological kinetic chain that may be contributing to those issues. Dirk, as an athlete himself, understands that athletes don’t like “downtime” and he has always respected my desire to continue to “do what I can” whilst providing definitive limitations to protect my long-term capacity. Dirk is an outstanding Physio, and seems to have a sixth sense for finding the cause of any issue. He has treated me for minor sports injuries, as well as pre and post shoulder surgery, which ensured a return to full range of movement, strength and being free from pain. Highly recommended!

Dirk is an incredible physiotherapist I saw Dirk for a back injury that required surgery and his expertise in rehabilitation pre and post op was 5 star. My rehab was even taken into a gym where Dirk created the optimal program to ensure my back and core reached ultimate strength and movement. Use of ultrasound to see core muscles activating was something I'd never seen done before but changed how I control my core muscles to support my back. My recovery wouldn't have been the same without Dirk. I couldn't have returned to work or my love for exercise including triathlons and a long distance bike ridding and running without Dirks collaborative care. Physiotherapists this passionate and naturally gifted are rare, so book in you will not be disappointed and you'll find the best physio straight up!

I've been to a few physio's over the years, but Dirk is definitely the best. He worked out my issues and fixed them quickly, and gave me advise to prevent the same injury from reoccurring. He also helped my daughter immensely. I cannot recommend him any more highly!
