Greencross Vets Cleveland

Excellent vet. Only took my dog in to get nails clipped but he was quick (despite most of my dogs nails being black), not bothered by my sometimes bitey dog, very relaxed which helped my dog stay relaxed and charged me under $15. Very happy.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. We miss the capalaba clinic though.

Greed defines these lot. We took our Moodle in for his heart worm injection. It ended up costing over $300 because apparently a blood test was required" because there was a "computer glitch" that failed to send our reminders so if you were even a little overdue (as if that's anything to begin with) "protocol" required paying an extra $70. Did you know that veterinarian degrees come with an entire subject on how to fear-monger pet owners into paying for things that aren't needed?"

Taking my dog to the vet is always easy and hassle free, from booking to leaving. Staff are always friendly. I like the fact I can go to any branch of Greencross and receive the same high level of care.

The staff in this business make it what it is, which is amazing. The moment you come in you can sense it is a very clean and well planned out facility. The Nurses and Doctors are all very approachable and friendly to everyone and obviously the animals. My puppy absolutely squeals with excitement when she knows we are coming to PBarn or GCross. I’ve never felt comfortable in a vet clinic but I’ll tell you right now these people are all young professionals with hearts just like us and do everything they can to make it a pleasant visit. Being in this field id imagine would be very taxing on the soul so I tip my hat to all in this field but especially this clinic. What a wonderful bunch of humans - honestly, they’re wonderful. Have no fear going here it’s bliss for the puppy too haha. Thanks everyone!

The team at Greencross Cleveland are amazing to deal with, understanding, caring & knowledgeable. The vet himself is great to work with and the ❤ the nurses gave to Chopper our little boxer was so sweet, made the experience much nicer, so thankyou, fingers crossed for some good results next week....
