Quiet venue though it was late saturday afternoon, I am confident that the night sitting would be something else.Thoroughly enjoy the eat, had the Power bowl"Kind of dissapointed with black rice

Went in today, 4/2/23, 11:30am was served by a young lady with blonde hair and a nose stud. She was thorough, pleasant and polite and best of all she didn’t ask us to order off our phones. Food was yum and hot and came out quickly.

For the past three months they have been saying no chicken at night time and the reason they gave was that the people in the morning who order the chicken don’t order enough. Someone fire the manager who’s suppose to be in charge of product count.Just poor service, poor quality food. Poor everything. Anyone else have anything else to say. You obviously only eat bread, chips and rice or slaw.Terrible! It be nice to have new management and not have to see the Nandos in Ipswich shut down out of lack of training and poor management skills.Also some of the ribs I’ve had, have been the size of my pinky.I do also have to point out the young man that has to deal with all the dissatisfaction of angry customers. Has been doing the best that he can. He seems to just have been thrown into every night without support. Where is the training the support from corporate Nandos. Ipswich isn’t only based on a certain type of market base. Ipswich is a flourishing city and we want quality not mediocre.It be sad to see another business in Ipswich fail out of poor management.

I've dined here numerous times, the food is always delicious, fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff are friendly and do everything to make you comfortable.I've recently been ordering meals delivered and it's great to see the same awesome quality.

Unable to fulfil orders and poor resolution to meet customers requirements. Seems no training given to provide qlty service when the wheels fall off. Both front of house and kitchen seem to struggle when things aren't going to plan. Poor effort, hopefully the food will be decent after now waiting 1hr 7min from time of order.......

Nandos Riverlink.. where they NEVER actually have chicken & the wait is always over an hour & they haven’t put the chickens in the oven yet as they always happily let customers know.. oh but wait it gets better… after you wait over an hour for your meal.. they serve it to you completely BLACK AND BURNT.. and give you the kind gesture of filling your LARGE chips only half way !! Someone higher up in management needs to step up and do something about the disappointing staff that work here ! Because this seems to be a on going issue !!

Terrible service, waited at least 35 minutes for food with no apology for the wait. Our food was left sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes and it was cold by the time it got to our table. Ordered chips and was told we didn't, told that we would get them but never did after another 15 minutes of waiting. Behind the counter staff was also on their phone while working. Won't be back here again.

food is good when done well. I usually get the ribs and they are either burnt or have none of the marinade on them. So can be good one week, not so great the next

Dined in on a quiet night. Staff rude. 3 tables left for over an hour with food and plates everywhere asked staff member to wipe table and that was an effort for the 4 staff they had on.Food was average.

Just incredible. Absolutely delicious. I have ordered take-out from here on two separate occasions now, and I have not been disappointed. The chicken is always hot & fresh, as are the chips, and the salad is crisp and tasty. Great job, Nando's Ipswich :)
