I am giving 1 star because I am bit biased to Indian Restaurants and food but to be honest this restaurant’s food doesn’t even deserve a single star.We went for family dine in and ordered Dal Makhani, Masala Panner and Chicken Biryani, I have never ever had such a tasteless food in my life.I don’t recommend this place for good Indian food, so plz avoid going there.

Why isn’t a 0 star review option? I went with my family and had the worst experience amongst all the Indian restaurants I have been to in Australia. I feel these guys were severely understaffed as there was hardly anyone to take an order. Normally I have empathy for business who can be understaffed at times. after waiting for 15 mins, we were greeted by a rude guy who showed no interest in trying to help us with our order, it almost felt as if he just have to finish his duty asap. I ordered drinks, which never came. The food was way below par as well. The worst for any Indian restaurant here in eastern suburbs . I just can’t believe that these guys were having just a bad day at office. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.there are far better options around, so don’t waste your time going to this place.

We love the friendly staff here. Sadly there weren't many other diners. There was a regular stream of meal collections so hopefully the take away meals are keeping the business afloat. We ordered 2 Vegetarian Appetiser platters which was a nice way to start the meal - the cauliflower stuffed samosas were particularly tasty. I followed up with a Chicken Vindaloo and it was up to the usual high standard. Thanks folks we will be back.

We have been going to Handi for years, we have seen Sharee and his family grow up as our children have over many years.Handi’s food dishes have had the same excellent quality, and the service is personal and attentive.

Had a really poor experience with a delivery partner, so came in and ordered it straight from the store.The young guy working was fantastic and helped write a receipt to show I had come to purchase it.We have dined in as well and the food and flavours are top notch.Absolute props to the young guy working. He is so efficient and runs the whole restaurant dining and take away himself.Will always come back again :)

Really really enjoyed the place and service was well above what I was expecting. We had a family event and everything went smoothly with positive feedback.I will say as a bonus parking was easy and they offered to take photo, which was nice

My friend just visited this restaurant for takeaway food but the elderly man there was quite rude and unprofessional!I am posting on behalf of a dear friend who doesn't have a Facebook acct. she will post on instagram. My friend went there and that man said, your whole order we cannot process! When she said, why you committed, he asked her to leave!! That was disgusting and unethical!!Also, i have heard that the food at this restaurant is not at all goodthey add too much food colour which is nog good for health.A very very unethical unprofessional and disgusting service.
