The Grand Roxy

I organised my fathers 60th birthday here back in August. We are so glad we chose this venue. Bill was great to deal with and super accommodating to all our needs. The food was amazing, portion sizes great! All guests were happy and we had a great time.Definitely will be holding any future events here!

I can not thank Bill and the team enough for everything they done for my husband and I on our wedding day. Kira and her styling was beautiful, food was superb and customer service was impeccable. Thank you for making our day so memorable. Even with last minute changes, nothing was too hard! We love you guys! Thank you again!

We attended a wedding at The Grand Roxy last night, firstly we arrived and there was no parking, we had to park about 1km away from the venue. We then arrived at the venue with our pram to then find out that there was no lift facility however the security was very kind to assist my husband taking the pram upstairs - thank you for that.This is definitely not a pram or wheelchair friendly venue.The food was appalling starting from the antipasto, the cold pasta and the meat tasted like dog food(not that I have eaten dog food but it definitely gave off the same smell and vibe)The meat was black and the chicken dish was boiled with a cream thrown on top.The dessert was tiramisu which was pretty much sponge slapped together with a bit of cream between layers and cocoa on topThere was no coffee soaked into the sponge.Also, the waitress took away my fork after antipasto was done I had to ask for another fork so I could eat my pasta, waited a while still no sign of the waitress brining a forkEnded up eating my pasta with a spoon.Definitely not worth having an event here.Disappointing

The Grand Roxy has been one of the leading wedding and event reception venue in Brighton for as long as I can remember. There is a choice of different sized rooms for just about any occasion. I've been to the Grand Roxy both as a guest and when working in video. The staff are alawys helpful and the menus on offer are great. A very popular place especially for the Greek community.

It is a nice place, 2 flights of stairs towhere Trek 4 Kids had a fundraiser there.Band was entertaining, 2 good vocalists,with the male singer interacting withguests going down a treat.Overall it was a really good night & theyraised lots of money.Owner, very nice gentleman, attentive toguests & directing his staff to do so.Antipasto plates & Spaghetti withPrawns were great, Lamb Shank wasvery tender, although more flavourwould've been nice, still nothing was lefton my plate.Ravioli & Chicken were dry inside.

One word - Amazing!Bill and his lovely team are second to none when it comes to delivery. Do not hold back on thinking about putting your event on at this venue. The made the best day of our lives better and the food never disappoints!

Such a lovely venue to host weddings. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way for all our special requests.

Came here for a wedding reception. I was always hoping to be the husband to the bride, but she married somebody else. Still, I won't let my emotional attachment taint this review.The venue is charming, with the standard raised bridal party area and a mid sized dance floor. Ceiling was a touch lower than what I'd experienced at other reception venues, but that's only an issue for when people are being lifted up in chairs and whatnot.The food was very enjoyable. All fresh and prepared by staff who take passion in their work.The acoustics weren't the best when speeches were given, but it's not like it was inaudible.It's a great place to have a reception. They really look after you.

Sensational venue for big milestone celebrations with plenty of wow factor. Staff are amazing. Great location with views. Amazing experience for family and guests. Highly recommended.

The venue was a great place for the wedding we attended! All the staff were very accomodating and professional and ensured that the night ran smoothly. However, the food was just okay as with most wedding venues where the kitchen caters for a large number of people.
