Perfect lunch spot if you’re nearby! The lemongrass chicken/pork are both delicious and portions are huge!!Extremely affordable and delicious. Would visit again!

I've been eating here for 8 years and it's honestly my absolute favourite Vietnamese place in Brisbane. The rice vermicelli noodles bowls with a spring roll are a must. When I buy them for catering and everyone always asks me where I get them from.

Not too shabby. If you’ve been going to them for awhile you’d have noticed they’ve increased their prices over the years but I guess we can’t really blame them given the state of the world.The different types of bahn mi here are flavourful and filling. Definitely recommend to try some sometime

Although they make good food at reasonable price, the owners are not good people as they pay their workers really low. I do not mind the small pay because they are a small business, but they would also refuse to treat their employees the same way they treat their customers. Very rude, some of us even left without coming back for the money. I do not get why some would keep coming back after witnessing them verbally abusing us (yes, right in front of the customer's faces). I am sure they are other small businesses out there that you can support, just please avoid this one.

Kelvin Lee Hot Bread have the best vegetarian ricepaper rolls and the most incredible sauce to go with it. My favourite part is that the team always remember that I like to add fresh chilli in the sweet sauce and coriander on the side. Going to miss eating this for every day after classes at university.

Just yes. Great and tasty Vietnamese food, quick service, everything you could ask for of a Vietnamese eatery. The grilled chicken noodle salad always hits the right spot. Prices are also pretty decent and I would eat here everyday if I weren’t on a student budget. But hey, that’s how life is. Thanks Kelvin Lee!
