Update - The refund issue has been resolved on priorty basis. Thank youTerrible customer service!Took payment from Landlord and Tenant both and not refunding payment to tenants (me). Landlord is also waiting for a receipt for the payment he made as well. They are ridiculous to deal with! Customer service staff confirmed 2x payments received for our address. I have been waiting for more than 3x weeks now. No refund!Thieves!Do not get service from them. There are other filter water providers too. Please save your time and money.I am raising my matter further in 2x Business days if I won't receive my refund. This is insane!

Terrible customer service. Product leaked from day one. Called to notify and never received a response. I disconnected the system. Was also accused of lying about having called to notify. Definitely would not recommend.

Customer service was atrocious we had a stage filter installed and we have another property with them.We tested water before and after filter and the traces were the same and the unit was noisy.If you end up dealing with Liz, forget about it.Shocking to deal with. Stay clear.

They must not need customers,I have had no response to my emails trying to book a filter installation after initial communication, so I’m out.

The water was fine, but the customer service is abysmal. I indicated that I would no longer require servicing to my water filter. They continually called me and sent me texts pestering me to have my filter serviced, despite me telling them it was no longer required.Then they sent a letter falsely stating that I have an overdue invoice and threatening to take action with a collection agency and/or attorney. No service was provided to my water filter that was not paid for.I regret ever purchasing from this pushy, lying and threatening company and would strongly advise anyone considering them to steer clear. They have been nothing but a nightmare to deal with.

Wanted to make filer replacement booking and confirm the price, but customer service person over the phone had no manners and was rude: when asked about the cost of the replacement unit for our system, he answered I can't help you".
