Hello 2020. Both my vehicles encountered a problem New Years Day morning and I had guests from Melbourne arriving for a week. On the 2nd, I phoned around the few places that were open to get a brake line made - everyone was too busy to help :-( Wednesday at best they said .... my guests holiday would almost be over by then.Except Matt Young from Ezi Steer who made one for me that night and dropped it off on his social rounds the next day. He answers the phone, he's empathetic and provides service that is inspirational !! Needless to say, the quality of his workmanship is excellent. Life would be so much more pleasant if everybody had similar business values as Ezi Steer does. Much gratitude for helping me out of a mechanical bind during the festive season. The brakes will now work for another 55 years in the ol' Holden HR. #therealestatedancer
