They were there for me on a very difficult night when my little girl was sick. The pharmacist working spoke with me on the phone for as long as I needed giving good advice about the medication my daughter was on. He was so kind, gentle and respectful, and saved me from a sleepless night.

Thank you for helping us with compounding and stock at times. Freddie has always been very friendly and I even got a tour of the compounding room! The service, stock and ambiance is fantastic.

Went in to have my daughter’s second Covid vaccine with Dan.Such a professional and personable individual! He made us both feel at ease with the process.I ended up getting my second booster as well.I would highly recommend using this location for all my vaccination requirements!!Thanks, Dan!

Latest is greatest - they’ve been fine in the past, but when I walked in today and stood at the scripts in desk, there was no service or acknowledgment that I was waiting there. I asked if there was anyone serving the desk and was met with the response “yep just wait, there’s only 3 of us on tonight”, in a very short tone. Get that there are going to be busy nights where you’re short staffed and overworked - we’ve probably all been there. However, acknowledging a waiting customer is 101 of any service industry. It informs customers that their presence has been noted and is one of the first concepts that you are taught when going to stock loss prevention training. Pick it up please people.

Had been provided with the wrong over-the-counter medication for a completely different issue and when wanting to return the item with the seal still sealed, a Manager with short blonde hair didn't even make eye contact and abruptly said that because they don't know how the item was stored, that it could not be returned.A conversation then begun amongst the front-counter staff who were shaking their heads and couldn't be any more unapproachable.

They take the extra time to help you get you what you need & have pointed me in the right direction when the issues were out of their scope.Also have an incredible range of stock to distract you while you wait for your Scripts.

Absolutely excellent pharmacy.I’ve only been a regular customer for about 4 months now, however I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. I’ve seen Dan multiple times and he has been a pleasure to deal with. The other male pharmacist (Sorry I forgot his name) is also lovely, only seen him once or twice. The female pharmacist (Monica? Correct me if I’m wrong, I’m terrible with names) I’ve seen a few times as-well and is also lovely to deal with. The general staff are also very nice to deal with and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever.Pricing wise this pharmacy doesn’t miss a beat. I would understand if their pricing scheme was a bit higher than that of other pharmacies due to their increased hours of business however their pricing is in line with that of the cheapest pharmacies (Or at least extremely close) which is amazing considering the likely larger overheads that the business operates under due to location and longer business hours.The selection of other pharmacy items and Knick knacks that they have on hand is probably the best in Toowoomba short of chemist warehouse, I was amazed to find orbit keys which I’m fighting the urge to impulse buy every time I go in for my scripts.If you want a local pharmacist with great stock on hand, an extremely competitive pricing scheme and the personal touch/relationship with a pharmacist that you can’t get at chain stores, I wouldn’t recommend any other place in Toowoomba but this pharmacy.

Slowest service in the history of the retail pharmaceutical industry. Girls stacking shelves with gifts, one other customer (also gazing around wondering how to get attention), one pharmacist counting out pills, he dinged the bell but no of them even batted an eyelid, had to walk over to one of them , excuse me can I have a box of panadol and may I also pay for them.

Rude unhelpful women, the old 'dark haired' pharmacist could not be less interested in listening or helping. For someone who would just like their script filled for the sake of their health this is incredibly frustrating. Go to a pharmacy that prides themselves on service not on shop front nick knacks in a new modern pharmacy. Other reviews on this page also reflect my sentiment.
