Legends Barber

Possibly one of the worst haircuts I have ever had. The poor lad cutting my hair was clearly an apprentice, which I was not told, and not only did he take forever for what was essentially a short back and sides, he ended up needing the other hairdresser to tidy it up at the end, She did that in a rush and it was a moderate improvement. I am going back to another barber to l get a buzz cut which will be preferable to walking around with unevenly cut hair. After all that they charged me full price. Just bad on all levels. I am glad I tested it first on myself as I was contemplating taking the kids. I don’t usually leave online reviews but this was such a bad experience and poor service I felt compelled to warn others. I would not go here for a buzz cut, let alone any kind of style cut.

Couldn’t be more disappointed. I would suggest that you listen to what your client wants rather than forcing them to get what they’re given. 1 child in tears, the other refuses to take his hat off since we left. Will not be returning.

To the lady with the long black jeans who served me Monday 23/05/2022... I had a BAD experience at this place. You were extremely RUDE and UNPLEASANT. I don't usually come to this place but I had a $5 off voucher which I wanted to use. Showed the hairdresser a photo of a men's haircut I wanted. She didn't even get close to what I wanted. Been to other barbers and they got it perfect. Asked her nicely (I'm Gen z we act nice) to fix it up a bit , and she got upset with me. She told me the style I wanted would look really bad. Like why would you say that to anyone?!! That's so rude! She took like 5 mins to do my hair it's like she wanted me out of there ASAP. The worst part was, she charged me $31.50 for the absolute monstrosity haircut she gave me. Lucky I had that $5 off voucher. I ended up going back after a few hours and told her I wasn't happy with it and she fixed it for free at least. But yeah I'll never come here again as long as she's there. If you're looking for an amazing hairdresser I suggest Jalli Hair at Stones Corner. Cheap and excellent quality cuts and service is exceptional.

The service is absolutely exceptional. The girls are always happy to see me and I always have a great experience. Ashlie gives me the freshest cuts and makes me feel like family. 10/10 Stars.

AVOID. Used to be quite good. Now only 1 trained barber. The rest are trainees with less than 4 weeks experience charging full price. Absolute ripoff merchants

Date: 23/02/2023DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!I waited outside the store for 45 mins to get a haircut because there was a family sitting inside and the lady with red hair took 45 mins to cut the hair of a 6 year old. She was taking her own time with no regard of a customer standing outside. I have being here multiple times and the staff is not the same, every time someone new. Not a reliable place for the price they charge and you can get better service at other locations such as Two Brothers.

I've been to all the local Mt Gravatt barbers. Legends is very good. Convenient and normally a short wait time. There's heaps of parking in the shopping centre. Kim is the best and takes the time to give you a good haircut.

Kim in the barber shop is an excellent, trained stylist who is amazingly efficient *and* thorough. I've been to see her three times for a ladies cut and she is the best stylist I've been to in a very long time.
