Family friendly as there is indoor play room as well as outdoor playground. Kids were able to play and let the grownups relax. Also screens for playground and play room so you can keep an eye on kids while in dining area. Service from staff was excellent, very friendly and approachable always smiling which was greatly appreciated. Bought in cake for my son's birthday, they offered to place un fridge until dessert time. Thanks for the amazing service on Sat 17 July for our group that booked last minute :)

This place is amazing, highly recommended.Going above and beyond does not adequately describe the level of service the incredible staff are providing me every time I visit.I have a vision impairment and recently attended the Hinterland Hotel. From the first time I walked in each and every staff member did everything they could to assist me and make me feel welcome.I would like to give particular and special mention to the Duty Manager Sophie as well as all of her staff for making me feel so welcome, accepted and part of the local community.Another staff member who deserves to be commended for always being there to help with whatever I need is Jameson.There's even more staff I would love to mention here and I'll get their names too.Just want to express a huge Thank You to all the staff.I can't wait to be back at the Hinterland Hotel.

Friendly helpful staff, Alison was great, the table was set up ready for our 30 Gold Coast Seniors. Great experience, delicious value for money meals. Volunteering Gold Coast Seniors Outings.

Although I am not a regular visitor to the Hinterland Hotel each time I have visited for a meal I have been so impressed with the Staff . And I just felt that it would be nice to write a review and to let them know what a difference it makes to be served by such helpful and considerate and happy people . I especially want to mention Rosie who was so nice and so friendly when my friend and I came for lunch last Thursday . Thank you again for making a simple pub meal so enjoyable .

Met friends for lunch. Great location, prices were good, staff were pleasant, food was not hot when it was served. I had a chicken schnitzel and it was warm, at best. Tasted like it had been pre cooked and kept in a hot box. A little underwhelming. Apart from that, it was a nice visit.

We came here for dinner last night as we were staying at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were exceptionally friendly especially the young man behind the bar and the food was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for a decent meal at a good price.

My stays at this wonderful establishment are fantastic, the staff especially the accommodation staff are amazingly helpful The main reception lady Sandra is very helpful, so all the other staff its a great place good food room service clean and great value for money.I use to stay at the Merriton Apartments the staff need to learn need to take lessons from the staff at Hinterland Hotel.Will, always recommend the Hinterland Hotel NerangThank you for making my stay comfortableJH

No food allergy information available on the Me&u app. No food allergy information on the printed menu apart from one GF entree. Asked if chips were gluten free. Even chef didn’t know. Asked if we could replace cheese burger bun with GF bread, they couldn’t.Had to leave to get a feed elsewhere unfortunately.It’s a good pub apart from that.
