Firstly I would like to praise Ali!! Wow!! Never have I received the kind of service this young man has to offer!! He gave us really good advice and did not push us to get more items or to spend more than we budgeted for. He made all efforts to get us the best deals and made sure we dont get items that wont suit our needs. Ali did not rush his service and took the time to explain everything to us to make sure we understood everything. We really enjoyed the experience and we felt valued. Ali is also an amazing team member. He treats his co-workers with such love and respect. He is a very talkative person and also talked about his family and friends with the same love and respect!! I was in awe of this young mans vibrant personality and enthusiastic will to help and guide. Thank you so much Ali, for your amazing service and for keeping the vodaohone brand alive. Had the best experience with phone/plan upgrades and changes. Ali in the Penrith Westfield store was amazing, so easy to work with, honest and friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks Ali!

The five stars are for Holli. We visited this place Friday PM 02.06.2023, half hour before close of trading. Thanks Holli for accommodating us.We hope the rude older male staff will no longer be there on our next visit. He will benefit from a good customer service training.
