Very happy with Stepfast Flooring. Dealing with Bhavik was a pure pleasure and we found him to be kind, understanding and very supportive in all aspects of our communication and plannings. Then we had the pleasure of having Tommy doing the work and to say he's a highly skilled professional - it would be understatement. Tommy is a perfectionist and delivered an amazing service in a respectful, clean and timely measure with the 'million $ look outcome. Excellent service from start to finish. Bhavik's service was A1. We were able to take home a large sample the job was measured and quoted within a few days. Installation guys did a great job. Installation was started and finished within the quoted time frame. Highly recommended.

Incredibly helpful and polite customer service, great range of products. I purchased 9mm hybrid planks to self-install and having never done this before I made repeated visits and asked a million basic questions. They were ever patient and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Bhavik and his family are terrific to deal with. Will carefully explain to you the differences between products, spend time with you to measure and explain and ensure smooth delivery of project.Had a couple of minor hiccups but was willing to assist in sorting it out with no fuss.Highly recommended supplier.

Thanks Bhavic from Stepfast Flooring and the guys (David & Steven) from Platinum Floors. Couldn't be happier with both these companies and the services and products they provided. Love the new laminate timber floors, they are very good quality even though they are not from their more expensive range. Big thanks to the fantastic job David & Steven done on laying them and in the time frame they laid them in. Bhavic, David & Steven were all very polite and professional. I would highly recommend both Stepfast Flooring and Platinum Floors to everyone. 11/10

So very impressed with the service and quality of their product, I was very unsure about which board to select, nothing was too much trouble and the sale guy (sorry didn't get is name) was very patient with me and allowed me to take home multiple samples so that i could get exactly what I wanted, we initially were just going to lay the floor in the newly renovated kitchen but we were so impressed that we layed the floor through out the house, we went with the Aspire range Coastal Blackbutt and are absolutely in love with it.
