Fantastic!My ducted aircon wouldn't turn on. I previously had Metropolitan who quoted me $19,900 for a completely new system. Leo fixed it (loose connection) for just the $80 call out fee.He also discovered that ducted pipes had never been emptied which could have cost me thousands in the future if it leaked.10/10. Professional. On time, and only charged what was needed. Will definitely use again for servicing and repairs.

I've now had Leo do installation jobs for me on two separate occasions and perform regular maintenance since 2017. Compared to previous installers, the care, attention to detail and quality of work is second to none.He's extremely busy and is sometimes difficult to reach over the phone. My recommendation is you don't rely on a call back/message response and instead call again. I've found earlier in the morning to be more successful in my particular case.Overall I'd highly recommend Feel Breezy, you're not going to be disappointed.

I found cool Breezy on the internet any like any new tradesman you can be a little bit hesitant, The reviews all read good So I thought I give him ago, he turned up when he said he would, our cold room and sandwich bar were both low in gas. ABSOLUTE 5 STAR SERVICE:The guys at Feel Breezy were so helpful, honest and efficient and helped me get my air conditioner working. It was as simple as sorting issues out with the remote which they could have easily said it was something more as we were expecting it to be the receiver board. They were genuine and honest and thorough and were not pushy or trying to upsell. I will definitely be using them for any future jobs and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Called Leo to come fix my compressor for my butcher shop display cabinet. He knew it was important and made time to get the job done. Apon completion he cleaned up and ran me through the job he had done. Couldn't recommend him enough from attitude, service and quality of work everything was exceptional. Would use him for any jobs I have in the future without a doubt home or business.

I first contacted Leo on the 13th of Sept. As a shift worker it’s hard for me take calls at regular times, but Leo was very understanding and was easy to communicate with through text as needed. He came by on the 16th to do diagnostics and offered me some options regarding how to proceed. As my LG unit was very old, it was initially difficult to diagnose the problem - no error code would appear on the unit.Since then, it’s been like talking to a ghost. I requested an email quote of the parts vs. buying and installing new air-conditioner. I never got one, but Leo did inform me on the 23rd of September that he requested the parts he needed to repair my unit from the dealer. Perhaps he wasn’t sure about pricing of parts, but I did let him know that if he was too busy to help it was okay, and that I would find another repairer but he reassured me that everything was already in motion. He did also request feedback - both good or bad, hence my review.Fast forward to the 19th of October, I hadn’t heard an update so I decided to follow up regarding progress. I got a reply an hour later, and an apology. He told me the dealers got back to him a week ago. It has been 2 weeks since the dealer had gotten back to him, and I still don’t even know whether that means he has the parts or not.I have decided not to proceed with the company. If you’re after prompt service and good communication I would recommend looking elsewhere.Giving 1/5 star for service. If I could score Leo in terms of his kind and courteous attitude he would get a 5/5. I think he has just bitten off more than he can chew.
