Bought an Art & Science Gold mattress and the sales rep Farah was friendly and helpful. She wasn’t pushy and she was patient and gave us space to explore the place at our own pace. Price for the mattress was affordable and good value compared to the others in the area. Happy with the service and mattress! Will go back to shop for other beddings.

I bought two queen bed sets with mattresses from Sleeping Giant Marsden Park. Services rendered by team member Farah were above my expectations. She was very nice and took lot of efforts and time to show us, all the bed sets available and discussed the availability and the features of different mattresses. Her knowledge was good and she was seasoned Sales person. I highly recommend her excellent service. Her follow up was very prompt and timely. Really appreciate. Good Value for furniture and great service at Sleeping Giant Marsden Park. Will definitely come back.

Waited for 4 months to receive my bed. The bed frame was delivered with no hardware (screws etc) so their team couldn’t assemble it. They assured me that they will organize the delivery of hardware and assemble the bed but they haven’t actioned it yet.The team leader of customer service Angee called but I couldn’t answer her call (was in a meeting). Since then I have left messages and she hasn’t called me back. The store staff is either not available to talk or they keep directing me to their customer service.I have also noticed that the bed head is chipped but unable to report it as I can’t get hold of anyone.

I have had a good experience in buying a bed base from this branch. Amanda and Farah are very professional and went above and beyond to help me in finding the right base for me. Highly recommend this branch for all your bedding needs.Giving 3 stars only due to some bad experience on how the warranty has been handled by the head office on our mattress previously purchased from another branch and lack of information provided on mattress care at that time. My ticket has been opened and very poor and delayed communication by the warranty claim staff.
