We took our 10 month old baby here to see Dr Nicholas Cornish. Our baby was screaming the whole appointment but Nick was so calm, patient and reassuring the entire time. He has a fantastic nature and was very thorough. Highly, highly recommended.

Since my stroke in aug 2020. Dr Cornish has been nothing but fantastic. He’s supportive and only a phone call away if I need to speak to him. My support worker and I can’t recommend him high enough.

Very good GP clinic. The doctors listen and spend time with you and genuinely care about their patients. Our family has all been looked after very well by the doctors in this clinic for many years now, and we love them.

After so many years coming to this clinic, having good empathy and morral it was hard to find a new GP now that Dr Wale has left.DR Magas was a wonderful addition and was very thourough. To ring and find out mid changing my treatment plan, became positive with covid and in a point in my life I feel helpless and to find out he is gone was horrible to find out.To then be put through to Dr Dhillon with no care, clearly overloaded, didn't look at history notes, was appalling. I left an appointment where I needed strong guidance on next steps and I left more worried for my life then before. But never mind, they were still happy to try charge the FULL telehealth charge.Mt Martha Village Clinic, pick up your game. If your going to hire young new DR the least you can do is follow up with the patients if they leave.Extremely disappointed.

Front desk reception could have been more compassionate to my emergency walk in. I had severely injured my hand/finger and did not appreciate my first point of contact. I was already feeling quite overwhelmed with what had happened. She was rude, blunt and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. But, on a positive note the doctor and nurse that attended to me where beyond helpful and the care I received from them was professional and handled me with much care.

Dr mark and his nursing team were fantastic when I took my 4 year old in after splitting his chin open. He was incredible calm and made the experience as stress free as possible.

The receptionist on the desk was rude, dismissive & wanted to get me off the phone as fast as she could. After advising me that our usual doctor was away for several months I asked who else was available and instead of simply answering my question she said she was very busy and wanted me to go on the website and call back. I had already waited for a while to get through on the phones in the first place so the conversation with her was very disappointing. It's so sad because the doctors at the clinic are fantastic and I have always recommended the doctors there to friends.

It all depends who you see, I've had amazing u derstanding doctors and some that have no sensitivity.I think like anywhere try diffrent doctors, one might suit better.Yes they are always late and that's from a someone who's been seeing doctors there for 20+ years, but that's I belive because they don't kick you out if you go over time. I guess in a purfect world they would leave time between each appointment just in case, but that means less people seen.
