Since purchasing our 2010 Rexton there almost 8 years ago, Warren and his staff have always been obliging and friendly. Definitely recommend this establishment when purchasing your next vehicle.

Would never take my car to get serviced here again due to multiple issues;1st was overheating and they were completely useless. They took the badge off the car and advised that the radiator overflow tank needs to be filled after every drive despite my husband's concerns for the thermostat. Eventually the thermostat was replaced after repeated questioning and insisting. Car no longer overheats since the thermostat was replaced. Go figure.Took the car for regular 12 monthly services - scheduled and recommended by them in the service log book and sticker placed on the windscreen. When complaining about rust on the inside of the door wells of the car, we were told that the car hadn't been serviced enough for the warranty to be valid anymore.Last most recent issue noted was 3 months after the last service by Auto Centre Townsville. My husband noticed a progressive leak of red oil from the power steering pump hose. On further inspection the hose clamp was undone. These clamps don't become loose and undone on their own - likely due to the incompetent and clueless service centre mechanics and staff. I would highly suggest thinking twice before booking your car in for a service at Auto Centre Townsville. We will not be returning.

My wife and I purchased a new Ssangyong Mussolini from this company over a year ago. The vehicle has been excellent but the manager has been consistently and extraordinarily rude and dismissive when we have politely complained about water ingress through a proprietary (and expensive) secure roller cover over the tray which they recommended and fitted prior to purchase.

Bought my Rexton in 2016. Great value for money. Runs great. Excellent service from all of the staff.

I brought a vw amarock from these people it had a few little problems the main one being the aircon and the whole team have gone above and beyond to fix the problems.I can honestly say if you are looking to purchase a motor vehicle you can most certainly depend on this team thank you personally from Myself and Barbara

Peugeot 308 SW. This dealer was recommended to me???... Was advised the service should be less than 4 hours Had the car for Over 6 THEN...After they ignored my request for information about the condition of the belts.. Failed to acknowledge error codes in the computer and Failed to fix ANY of the problems I listed at drop off... after advising they had... They MAY know the Korean models they sell, but their service staff Sure don't seem not to know Anything about Peugeot !. I contacted them with my concerns the next day... Still waiting for ANY response....

We have had issues on an ordered item that was paid for in full at the time. That's not the problem though, there has been no contact from them about it in over 3 months. We have had to initiate all correspondence. Customer service seems to lack after you have purchased a car from them.

The lady at the front desk (Forgotten their name) was extremely rude toward myself and partner on 2 separate occasions from the get go.
