I called Hugh on Monday 5th July for a urgent job. He visited for a quote on Wednesday 7th July, he was going to sms a quote to me by COB Friday 9th July. Didn't hear from him. Call him on Thursday 15th to find out about my quote, no answer, no call back. I sms him on Friday morning and got a response late Fruday saying his doc has put him off work for a few weeks and all the best.

Great experience dealing with Hugh. He was on-time for both the quote and the 2 days needed to re-grout my shower, bathroom and kitchen. My tiles look great! Am now getting him to reseal my terracotta tiles on my balcony. Definitely recommend Hugh's services.
