We have used POMS on multiple occasions and have been very happy every time. The team go above and beyond - customer service is excellent. They will check your log books and cross-reference against the last service, and in our case, even showed us where the annotated service from another dealer (interstate) didn't match what was actually done. If you are local, they will even pick-up and drop your car off!

I tried getting tyres before I headed down on holidays but no one was open because it was Christmas time. So I ended up going on with my holiday and when I got to Greenwell I seen poms I gave them a call and had new tyres fitted the next day. They are straight forward and very friendly and don’t charge overboard like most big company’s would 100% go back without hesitation!!!

I took my family to Greenwell Point on Saturday for fish and chips and then my car wouldn't start.Michael was able to diagnose the problem and get us back on the road so we could be home in Sydney for dinner.Thanks Michael. You saved the day.
