East Connection – Handcrafted Furniture and Home Decor.

I purchased several pieces from East Connection and have already recommended them to family and friends. Their furniture is unique, of the highest quality and yet affordable - and I know because we really shopped around! The customer service was fantastic and the range of items was huge. Will definitely be going back once we're ready to update the rest of the house.

Bought a cabinet from the website site unseen. It’s exactly as expected from the pics. Service was amazing and they organised a fantastic and easy going delivery as well. I wish all furniture retailers were so efficient.

It was really great experience buying furniture from EC. We didn't expect that we will find huge collection and wide range of furniture. Also, the staff is very nice and they were able to accommodate our requests. The quality of the products is also amazing.

Cannot recommend this place any higher. Polite and unobtrusive service. Allowing you to look and make up your own mind but there with assistance when needed. We were struggling, due to our work commitments, for a delivery time but the owner could not be anymore flexible. Infact after agreeing to deliver the next day, Saturday, he actually asked if we would like it delivered later that afternoon. 6.30pm, as promised, our furniture arrived, on time, carefully unloaded and helpfully carried in. Price is good. Quaility on the hand made stuff is terrrific. Even a follow up text from the owner to check on the delivery and if we are happy. AMAZING after sales care!!!! Thank you Deepinder.

WORST experience ever!!!!!!we bought a coffee table and returned it one week later because it did not fit in our house properly and it was the only reason we were returning it(No complaints!). I called and asked about the return policy and they said no cash back but we can exchange it and we agreed, and guess what? They said there is a crack in it :O! I am attaching both pictures here (the first one we took at the shop while buying it and the second when we returned it). Do you see the crack? yeah, it's there. It has always been and the day we bought it they said it's the nature of the reclaimed wood and we did not bother.Anyway...DON'T BUY FROM THEM. VERYYYYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL.

EC furniture is beautiful. Over the last few years I have bought many pieces from EC to furnish several rooms and for family's home. I love the quality, style and uniqueness of each piece and the prices are excellent. Monty is very helpful, nothing is too much trouble and there is no pressure. I have bought all online and if I am not sure I call Monty and he texts additional photos. Furniture from other retailers does not compare to EC furniture. I will be purchasing more for my extensions.

Very happy with my purchase of a sideboard, no hard sell, the item is very strong and sturdy and unique. Delivery was fantastic too, the guys carried it into my apartment and put it where I wanted. These days most deliveries just leave it outside and it's your problem. Not these guys, very polite and professional. I will buy from here again, and recommend to my friends as well.
