Got a warranty claim to fix my wheelchair AGAIN. Since 8.12.21 my wheelchair has been in for repairs 3x times. They have kept it for a week and people dont buy wheelchairs because they want one. No loan chair no updates on how its going and when we call they have a go at us. I have asked for a full refund. Never go near there customer service is appalling.
