We are very happy with our Misting System from Oz Mist. Great and friendly team that were able to answer and address all our concerns around logistics and able to work with us to come up with a best solution for our unique space. They had a fast turnaround for organising installation and we finished up with a neat and good-looking installation that works with our area. It is simple to operate and keeps a barrier between outdoor and indoor areas and regulating temperatures.

Worst product. Worst costumer service. They being polite with you and friendly till you pay the product . After you pay the product they don’t reply on phone calls and on messages. Email me for photos if you like. Product is cheap and break down after 8 hours use!!!!!!! And guess what?? The one year warranty they say provide is fake. They don’t willing to pay for the repair and for nothing! They just sent you a part and they say or put by your self or you pay the plumber and all that after just 8 working hours!!!! Unbelievable B A D service!!!!!! Stay away from this company!!! Much better companies out there with much better service!!!!!! Fair trade case has already opened so all good. Just stay away if you wanna save time money and headache from a dodgy company.

Great stuff, excellent service with fast installations. These guys will look after your home or business air cooling needs. Good range of products to choose from with simple maintenance. Highly recommend.

We have now installed a couple of OZmist systems in our pubs, They work great for the customers and even help with the flys. If you would like to see them in action go to The Doonan, We use them everyday. They are very easy to install and maintain.
