Pure Property Investment

I was doing a lot of research around buyers agents and PPI kept popping up and I decided to look into the company more. Paul was offering his property investment book with a surfing twist to which I could relate.After an initial call with Paul to suss out our position and goals it was clear as soon as we engaged with PPI it wouldn't take long for them to be finding us a property. PPI put us onto a really great investment broker and tax agent who helped answer more questions PPI couldn't.We got our borrowing power figure from the investment broker and had a strategy from the tax agent depending on what the property would be doing and engaged with PPI. Within a couple of weeks we had been given 3 property options and we were signing a contract for our first investment property. Gerald was great in securing the property and engaging with the sellers, broker and conveyancers.We have now settled our first IP and it couldn't have been easier with the team from PPI and all their recommendations.Highly recommend PPI and will continue to work with them

From the start the whole team were amazingly proactive and friendly to work with. When the time came to pull the trigger on a purchase the PPI team delivered a deal $40K under market value and negotiated a further $12K of works (new carpets, painting, gardening etc) to be completed before settlement. We have worked with several buyers agents before and we feel that PPI are a class above other agents and where a much better fit for us. What set PPI at the front of the pack for us is that they always listened and responded to not only our questions but always took into account our opinions and personal circumstances when making any decisions on our behalf. We had really struggled to find this with previous BAs.The team worked amazingly in Sync with one another and most importantly sorted out all the issues that pop up through any settlements.They did very well to negotiate in what was at the time a red hot market and most importantly they selected a property that wasn't a dump and was in a really great area & location with strong indicators and fundamentals.
