Magic Hand Carwash - West Melbourne

Take your money elsewhere and don't ever come here. These guys did a terrible job on the service I paid for (full detailing at $400) on 28 November 2021. They took about 4 hours but when I returned to collect my car, the exterior still looked like nothing was done and scratches were still visible. I was told my interior would also get a full clean but it was not even clean (refer to images).I have been trying to get in contact with them and was told the branch manager would be in contact with me with regards to the issues raised. 6 January 2022 and I have not even heard from them yet. This guys are just interested in taking your money and not doing a decent job on the service you pay for!

Honestly should have read the reviews.They dropped a clip on my mat and threw half of it in my centre consol but didn't keep the other half. It got driven over with another car and was damaged. I got a credit for my pains but I wish they could have just kept it attached.I paid extra $50 for an internal detail clean to get rid of pet fur. While it's better than before I wouldn't say this was a good job at all. Like I shouldn't have to do a clean after they do their clean. Plus they left some substance on my sun roof which I now have to clean up too.I was charged $105 for a magic wash and extra internal clean.

I have been using this car wash for nearly 12 months, usually once a fortnight. Every single time the car has been cleaned immaculately inside and out and the pricing is fantastic. Would highly recommend using this car wash as they are also very time efficient, no matter how busy they are.

Very satisfied with the results. The cleaning team done a fast and high quality job. Also the receptionist Elias was very nice and cooperative.

The only reason I was getting my 3 month old car washed here because the first time I was here they did a good job. But this second time was terrible. Firstly the guy didn't care enough to dry the car entirely, the wheel well were still dirty, uneven waxed tyres, interiors were cleaned with a dirty cloth that left marks and scratches all over my new console. I waited 1 hour 20 minutes because it was busy and that's fine, but doing a poor job and especially scratching things while you do it, isn't justifiable.

I have been using this car, wash service for 15 years and seen 4 different owners come and go. The current owners or owner is the rudest human being I’ve ever experienced receiving a service in my life - anywhere in the world. The service is unfathomable and the actual cleaning of the car is the worst I’ve seen in this 15 years. There are many more local options with decent human beings who do a better job. If you like being treated very poorly as a customer , paying top dollar for an average result - definitely this is the place to go. I give them 12 months and bust. There is an exception car wash with exceptional service, cheaper and repair alloy fix rim damage on Montague st Sth melbourne. I have zero affiliation with them or magic.

Did an in&out wash but result was exteremly disappointing.Dust on trail was not cleaned - they said it needs detailing" service.Hello???? "In&Out" doesn't include clean the dust????Also the vacuuming inside is absolutely a waste of money. Such a dirty seat after their "magic" carwash..Please do not use this place for car wash."

Took my daughters filthy car in for a vacuum, $29 and they did an interior mini detail in about 20 mins, car looks and smells AMAZING, would highly recommend, very friendly and nothing was a problem, WiFi and coffee machine inside. Very efficient, thanks
