I am so happy we found Caring Funerals for my mum's services (chapel & graveside). I started at a multinational & was not happy with their corporate feel or lack of personalised attention. Adam & his staff were all friendly, compassionate & professional. I could get hold of them directly & not just 9-5 (unlike the other mob with a call centre), & they accommodated every detail that we requested or needed. They made the whole experience very easy at a tough time of life, for which I am very grateful. I had no idea of the funeral industry prior to being the 'chief mourner' at this time, & I would only ever go with a local/family-owned company if needed again. We used Adam and his team when Mum passed 10 years ago so decided to use them again when Dad passed away. They provided an excellent service, extremely efficient, and most importantly, caring. Phillip the celebrant they recommended was first rate. They obviously love what they do. Thanks.

A big thank you to Adam and Kathy for their help with our daughter's funeral which ran very smoothly. They are punctual, experienced at what they do and empathetic. Our dear daughter died suddenly on boxing day 2022 aged 21 months. It was and still is an extremely painful and difficult time. The worst pain a parent ever have to go through. Seeing our child and holding her in our arms was very important to us, especially given it would be our last moments that we would ever be able to hold her on this side of heaven. Kathy and Adam tried hard to enable us to see her as much as we could. Adam even came in for an hour during a public holiday for he knew how much it meant to us to see her. We are always grateful to Adam for enabling this. Kathy would share with us her own loss as well and share in our grief. Caring funerals isn't just a funeral home that just do funerals. People like Kathy who work there understand the pain and grief of a loss and is able to empathise, care for us and share in the grief. Her kindness makes a lot of difference in what is the darkest moments of our lives. It reminds us that though this is a broken world with sin and death, that there is love and kindness in people. We look heavenward to Jesus, who holds our dear baby safe in his arms. We know one day when God eventually calls us home too, we will be reunited with her again.

Cannot thank Adam and his team enough. I called him and within 1 hour he attended our house and we could instantly see what a caring, compassionate and understanding company he was running. Every wish we made was met better then we ever thought. Would highly recommend these people over any other funeral directors.
