Have done a few online orders with these guys in the past. Recently dealt with Brian regarding items on backorder that I needed for my PPL exam. He managed to work out a double shipment it so my backordered items arrived on time. Last item arrived today and exam is tomorrow, so it's all gone as planned! After buying a big name headset and deciding it wasn't right for me, I was concerned about the difficulty in returning such an expensive headset. It wasn't a problem at all! They happily spent time trying to troubleshoot the issues and then when I decided to swap for a different brand they were completely on board. Such amazing service and knowledge!
