Why did you get rid of your chicken tenders in the Flayva and Rippa Sub?! If I wanted pox fried chicken I’d go to KFC. RR is ruined forever now. Ruined Rooster.

What’s up with the rooster rolls?I’ve had two in the last few weeks and both have had hardly any chicken.Just a soggy roll with maybe 50g of chicken on it.If you want to cut costs, up the price by a dollar and put the chicken on the roll.Simple!Service friendly.. it’s not their fault the owner is obviously telling them to short everyone on their meals.Also, there’s reviews on here that have had zero response.. shows the franchise owner doesn’t care.

Called in to get something I had no idea what.The girl was very good in helping but someone packed the wrong item.There actions when I rang was very good and I commend the staff.

Ordered just before 8pm, told there was a 10 minute wait on chicken (no worries) - lady did the order wrong twice. Asked for 1 meal with no gravy. Finally came out 22 minutes later - with both meals with gravy. Took it back, finally got the correct meals (35 minutes later) - young boy on counter was extremely rude. When we complained we had waited 35 minutes, he said ‘tough’ and then ‘suck a dick’. Absolutely no urgency or sincere apologies about having to wait for so long. Drove down the road to realise our chips were cold. Not happy at all with this service.

Don't buy the 1/4 chicken & chips because apparently 1/4 of a chicken is a drumstick only. Rip off, and don't deliver what they advertise. The Red Rooster down the road provide a 1/4 chicken with this deal so go there instead. It's worth driving a few extra kms.
