I rang to find out how long it would take to process a request for LSL and was told 8 working days. I submitted my request based on that time frame, waited 8 business days and called to see how it was going and get told it will take 4 weeks. If I was told that at the time I would off removed money from another source as I needed the money asap to for personal reasons.Basically they couldn't care less and are rude on the phone.

Absolutely garbage. They have no clue what they are talking about, wrong information constantly provided and not transparent in any way. They are of no help and leave you to sort out their mess all on your own. Fancy needing a ‘missing service request’ which can take up to a year to sort out even though you have been in contact with the Employer and they are simply waiting on an invoice from Coinvest to pay for the hours and wages in question. I’ll say it one more time GARBAGE and shame. Victorian construction workers deserve a much better redundancy fund.

My father made a claim and the girl doing his claim was very nice he told her he needed money asap and then he got the money that week thank you very much

My ex employer still hasn't paid my CoInvest contributions, i made a claim over 18months ago. Got an email just before Christmas saying they were still looking into it. If i was in a union it would be fixed straight away, these people just don''t care.

It is two years since my partner left his job due to the business closing after exactly 7 years working with them and he still hasn't received his money. If no one contacts us within 7 days we will be taking the matter to consumer affairs

My husband made a claim, then had to submit payslips for review. We got a email stating it will be processed within 3-5 days.. He spoke to a woman to get details on what he will get paid,she told him she can’t see anything yet to call back tomorrow that they will have more info, like everyone he couldn’t call back as he was flat out busy at work. That night we had a payment come in it was so quick we didn’t even have a chance to review it and double check that he had ticked the “no threshold button” and had been taxed more! I spoke to the service team twice who advised they can’t reverse the claim as it’s already been done! Very unfair that you don’t give customers a chance to review their claim after sending more details in however just go ahead and process the claim! And you would think that the lady he spoke to would have put a hold/lock or something on the claim as he was asking for details on it to make sure it’s correct. We have lost money due to this! Change your claim process!

Unfortunately I have to change my five star review to one star. I dealt with a lady named Sarah niu about missing long service that I opened a claim about nearly two years ago She was rudely interrupting me when I talk when I tried to get my point across about how she said to me there is no guarantee that I will be paid missing long service she rudely and abruptly hung the phone up in my face I’m sad to say that the service is not as good as what it used to be and this so called customer service representative needs to be looked upon because I have never ever dealt with someone so rude and unprofessional

Has a tax free option, yet they still take tax out and claim it wasn't them. Absolutely useless!

Since May 2020 we have sent multiple emails about creating online access for my Dads online account to be registered so he can apply for his LSL. We still have had no reply, not one. Since covid no office or phone centre to contact just emails aren’t getting answered and phones ringing out. My dad has been medically unable to work since May, almost 6 months now of not knowing if he can make it financially through another day. Absolutely disgusting service would never recommend anyone to this fund.As an absolute last resort I am on here hoping that someone at the company can answer us.
