Don't like the self checkouts. Prefer face to face with staff. Menswear needs a better layout and also needs to be relocated to the middle or the front of the store. Also, there needs to be a better range for 2XL+.

I love the products but honestly felt like the lady at checkout was super snappy and plainly rude.Trying to explain pricing hasn’t been updated from their system which is fine but tells me in a rude manner she can’t help if I’m right in the middle meaning in front of the machineSuper shocked at her snappy attitude (not a thanks you, please, sorry, smile) just super unfriendly and make customers uncomfortable.The young guy at the entry was very friendly and smiling.
