3 South Station Road Booval is our agent. They are very good people even our property manager and those who come to do inspections are very nice people. I also know that our Landlord is a good person, because whenever there is a problem they fixed it the next day or two.. we haven't met in person but I think he's a good Landlord. That's why we looked after the house. There has never been a problem at the house we live since we moved in.

Our experience with rent my property started off well but after a change in staff it went down hill from there. Constant back and forth with numerous members of their staff about new smoke alarms (the staff members we dealt with, didn't even know the new smoke alarm laws were very which was very frustrating having to explain the same thing to multiple people).When the tenant left the property at the end of lease the property was a mess, junk all around the yard, damaged door locks/handles, broken door stops x 2. Floors were covered in a thick grime which was visually obvious and even sticky to touch, ceiling fans were covered in dust, bathroom was dirty, and to top it all off there were stains in the toilet bowl for crying out loud.Long story short property was damaged and left a mess. Agent used some of the bond to have a cleaner remove some graffiti in the property then released remainder of bond however all of the bond should have been kept to address the myriad of other issues.When we approached the agency (multiple times via email and phone) about the state of the property they either deflected responsibility to another team member who was supposed to contact us (never did) or said that the property was in such a state when the tenant moved in which is simply not true.After this experience I would not use their services again and would advise others to seek other rental management companies that are competent when it comes to doing condition reports and take responsibility for doing the job they're paid to do.

Over the past 5 years I have had dealing with Jane , she has been very helpful, understanding and an absolute amazing lady to deal with she is always polite, ethical and her knowledge about rental properties is astounding. I have also had dealing with Emma and she is always a respectful and pleasant lady to also assist me, with my rental needs. 10/10 ladies job well done once again!!!!!

Our application was rejected, and that happens. No biggie. The problem with this real estate is the time it takes to communicate. The team are friendly and the man who showed us the property on the 17.12.22 was professional even on a Saturday. But communication AFTER was too slow. Even if the holidays are approaching or you can't get in contact with the owner for whatever reason, maybe send a quick email or text just to let the possible new tenants know what's up. You're good, but you could be better.

Do not rent from this real estate them and the owner do not fix the house and they think they can evacuate anyone if you breach the owner to get him to fix the house instead the owner n the real estate will give u 24 hours to get out we told them about those problems but they never fixed the problem
