I have left this place very happy, they have been very professional, they have served me in less than 1 minute and have repaired the screen of my mobile in less than 1 hour, in addition to having a very good screen quality and the very nice service, I will undoubtedly come back. Thank you.

A big thank you Tanya and her fellow assist for all your patients with an 80 year old fumbling with passwords and ignorance of modern mobiles, while having a shop full of customers patiently waiting their turn in a highly successful SAMSUNG workshop greatly under staffed which is sadly frustrating for all.Please take note SAMSUNG.

Zara has really been a blessing today. She was wonderful in helping me with my phone that died today. I’m an older lady and have issue doing most simple things but she has an incredible knack for understanding the situation and finding the best way to address it and was able to quickly and effectively find out the problem and give me the best advice on how to move forward. She was compassionate and kind, Zara is definitely an asset and I would highly recommend her.

Always really helpful and usually fast return. Would recommend going in instead of calling tho, last time I got transferred 4 times before a answer. In person their super knowledgeable and helpful.

Phone repair by Techworks arranged by Samsung Robina. Took 3 weeks to get it back after a sensor/water issue under warranty.Was advised at Robina Samsung that usually would be fixed in a couple days - if I took it there myself can generally be fixed on the spot. Communication between companies can be improved for better customer experience.Would have been good if I was provided better notice and a courtesy phone. 3 weeks way too long to be without a phone for something on a warranty issue.Called multiple times for updates. Kept getting told replacement part was in transit, but no idea on when to expect it - there is parcel tracking?Asked to pick phone up from Southport Techworks rather than send back to Robina as easier for me. Told this was ok. Phone sent back to Robina...Got phone back, was repaired well.

The lady that fixed my phone cover is super lovely & fixed it on the spot. Great service!

Tried to complete online booking form but only allows 1Mb upload for receipt to do warranty claim. Tried to call and was hung up on while on hold and all my calls to them were barred. Tried to submit an online contact form and it wouldn't work. Sent them an email and got no response. Horrible experience and I didn't even get to talk to a single person..Edit: I mentioned I already did send an email. please check your inbox.

Amazing support and help offered. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at Tecworks Southport. The girls on the front desk were so friendly and kind. They are incredibly patient listening to their many customers in a very busy shop. 5 stars all the way.
