In store is nice but why isn't there an online shop? I don't understand.

Overall, it's a friendly service and lovely ladies. However, lovely staff members don't understand foreigners' pronunciation. Please write it kindly if they can't understand. I recommend you come to this shop. It makes them good-diversity experience :-)

Outstanding customer service!!! Pauline was so helpful and patient. She found us everything we needed, had excellent product knowledge and was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Excellent service! Came in not really knowing what I needed, but Sandra and Pauline were so helpful in making sure that I had everything that was required and were great at finding me the right uniform. I recommend this place to anyone who's in hospitality!

After reading a number of negative reviews I was hesitant to go to the store and potentially waste my time. I needed to source some items on short notice so I thought I’d call up to get a feel for what I should expect in person. The lady who answered the call was polite and efficient, so I took a gamble & drove into the shop. I had a young student with me who is starting out in the industry. The two ladies in the shop were very warm and professional. They guided him towards sound choices of good value for money and functionality. The only reason I rate this a 4 star experience is I wanted a larger range of products for my own purposes. Hopefully this serves as a lesson not to blindly believe less than savoury reviews. Perhaps the business had a change of staff or other people just had a bad day when they posted feedback. For me it was nice to be proven wrong about my preconceived idea of the place.
