Very helpful place and communicated perfectly what they will need to do and if anything outside of what they expect, they will contact me before going further. To me this is what is needed from a business, have to wait till I recieve the machine back to be able to complete the rating

Couldn't be more DISAPPOINTEDThe service was far below standard and very aggressive. I was intending on spending close to $3000. Glad I've decided to spend my money else where. Dion had little to no knowledge of my questions and simply stopped responding. All about pushing extras forcing the biggest spend. Our local stockist noted the advice given by QSM was incorrect. I cancelled my purchase then received several abusive emails and Greg called 7x .Not worth the 24x7 abuse!! I requested they stop contacting me. So many other suppliers

Run a mile from this business.Greg is as rude and as insulting as they come.I walked in with my son to ask for help with a sewing problem and all Greg did Infront of his staff and my son was insult me continually.I wasn't rude, I explained the issue, showed them the sample and Greg just let it fly with insulting my intelligence. I have had dealings with qld sewing machines for the past 4 years and have purchased parts and and motors with no problems or hesitations before. Greg has always been available and very helpful regarding advice and and questions I have had.In September this year I purchased a new synchronised binding machine from them. Transaction was ok having supplied thread, binding and samples of the fabrics I use and what the machine will be used for.After receiving the machine and the multiple times and hours I have spent trying to get this to work for my I am constantly getting sub standard finished results with one side of the binding lapping over further than the other. It’s my opinion that once a large transaction has been completed you’re left on your own to fend for your self if the issues not easily fixed or resolved, in saying that there was phone calls with adjusting walking foot heights and posting the supplied folder back and forth for inspections etc with still the same end results I have had this brand new machine sitting in the corner of the shop now for 2 months collecting dust feeling like I wasted my $3267 which could have went else where. I’m not saying don’t buy from them I’m only sharing my personal experience
