So happy another Zing has opened on the Gold Coast, especially now it's at my local centre Pacific Fair. Great Staff, Great Choices. Could spend hours there.

My family & I stopped in here whilst on holidays and honestly GAVIN is a superstar,the best customer service Ive ever experienced anywhere he was so friendly, knowledgeable about all products,passionate and ready to go above and beyond at the drop of a hat.The shop looked fantastic and had a great range & we walked out with lots of goodies we would shop here every week if we lived here.Keep up the fantastic work guys,what gems of employees you have Zing.

Gavin, the lovely lady with pink hair (sorry I forgot your name) and in fact all of the staff I have encountered there are bloody marvelous. Putting up with sweaty, pedantic whiny nerds (like myself) is hard enough, but working in retail on top of that is no breeze. Yet, every time I am in there I get smiles, help and advice and honestly the sun doth shine out their behinds. It is SUCH a pleasure to shop there.The shop is always clean, stocked, and they have gone above and beyond for me every single time. It's like hanging out with good friends who are also still über professional at doing their job. Switched all my pre-orders here as what's not to love?
