Red rooter has definitely gotten better over the years, wanni included. Food was pretty darn good but the prices are still a little high.

The management of this restaurant is horrible.My partner ordered at 5:40pm via the red rooster app, she then receives a message at 6:13pm saying her order has been modified or cancelled and she needs to call the store.She calls the store and is answered by the manager Bravin, he is unaware of the order. He says he'll call the head office and find out what's going on.She waits another 30 minutes before calling again, as the manager hadn't called back. Apparently they can't find her order at head office and as we didn't have a car at the time, she'll just have to go without the food tonight and it will be sorted tomorrow.She had an email confirmation of the order and the money had been taken out of her account. A normal manager would've asked her to just to forward the email and confirm the order that way.He continues to complain that it isn't his fault, which while true, he should accept accountability for the businesses system issues.He calls back 20 minutes later saying she will get a refund tonight. She has to wait for a message. She hasn't recieved a refund after another 20 minutes and never got an apology. This whole process took around 2 hours.She has since been told a day later that her refund will take 6 days to complete and has had to deal with rude and disrespectful behaviour from the manager.Go any where else for food or you'll go hungry

I've been here like 40 times because it's on my street..... But every time I think they have to be money laundering. How do they stay open? Does it survive by just people like me who come here because of sheer convenience?

Chips are like rock and tasteless. Red roosters chips with gravy 20 years ago use to be the best. How can you stuff up making chips? It’s not that hard.

Had a wonderful experience yesterday 12/10 at this Red Rooster. The man who served us was super friendly with a lovely smile. I enjoyed my food. My partner said his food was great except the chicken was a little dry. Overall I enjoyed my experience and the friendly service means everything else can be improved upon.

Got a whole BBQ chicken through drive thru. Not only was the chicken smaller than a pidgeon @ $14 but the manager (seemed to be the only person in the store at the time) put the chicken in a PAPER BAG. I thought nothing of it as I assumed it was wrapped in foil within the paper, NOPE. I ended up with chicken oil all over my freshly cleaned car seats and carpet... Will not be going back.

Bit disappointed Red Rooster has changed the flavorsome chicken tenders in the Flayva wrap to different thin chicken strips ☹️ I hope they change them back, the change in overall flavour and enjoyment is substantial.

The store is currently being refurbished so it is takeaway only and a bit of a mess, service times were pretty bad, visited at 9pm and it took quite a long time to be served and get food.

I have had some really bad experiences, but sometimes you get lucky. Shourya was kind and professional, it was 5 minutes to close and he made sure that he looked after me (8months pregnant and big cravings for everything Under the sun)Absolute legend. Will return for sure after this encounter ! :)
