Hardy was indeed very friendly and service oriented, even giving me a lift home after I had dropped my vehicle off at their workshop.I had to pay $150 up-front for them to plug in the diagnostic computer and, when the issue was diagnosed (aircon compressor) they gave me a quote to do it. The alarm bells started ringing when Hardy also asked me to pay for the component up-front ($2,000+) which I found highly irregular (they don’t have the money to fund this until it was successfully repaired??) - and at that point I went and collected my vehicle and took it elsewhere.While the pictures of luxury cars outside their workshop try to give the impression that this is their area of expertise, I didn’t come away convinced that these guys were confident or experienced with high end luxury vehicles. Hats off to them for the ambition, but one has to be realistic and start modestly.
