Rude & arrogant employee on the weighbridge...I turned up at 4.46pm today, having trawled through the traffic in the roadworks & because I was 1 minute past the advertised closing time, he refused to let me dump a small load of green waste. I could see people still unloading inside & this load wouldn't have taken 5mins, but no, computer says no. Zero consideration or leniency - propper council worker. I should have known better...
