Brilliant views from both the deck and the infinity pool! The rooms are well equipped with air conditioning (air cons and fans). Staff are very helpful and provide lots of touring advice. Whilst there is a VERY steep hill, there is a taxi service that will collect and transport you to and from your destination. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Nice room, Stunning view, hot spa, they are all worth 5 stars. The driveway to the room is steep, which does require some sort of fitness if you don't drive there.We stayed there during the Easter holiday. We forgot a tablet in the room when we left. The staff is very helpful and packed it probably for carriers picking up. Thank you again. Will definitely return in future.

Impeccable service, cleanliness and facilities. The staff went above and beyond every single day of my holiday. We stayed in the 'retreat suite' which was absolutely amazing. Although it rained for our holiday, we were so happy to enjoy the spa and decadence of Pinnacles Resort. We will not stay anywhere else if we visit again!

Fantastic Views was the only selling point for the cost.Lack of cleanliness was a big downfall. We didn't have any sunbed pillows for our lounges outside and when we first arrived it stunk of garlic. Cockroaches were an issue, bedside table missing from a bedroom and the main tv constantly kept blue screening. The guy driving the buggy was super friendly but the lady who checked us in left a sour taste from the get go. Would return if we didn't pay such a high price and more maintenance was done.ThankyouToni

An amazing place to stay, definitely going back.Unit 21 was outstanding, the pool, the spa on our balcony, everything was as we expected or better.

Loved our experience here last week..I am missing the view. Nothing was too much trouble. My only negative is that bloody great hill that we had to climb but the view definitely made up for this. Also loved the pool.

Staying at Pinnacles is the best holiday experience me and my partner ever had. The apartment is very spacious and tidy, with an absolutely stunning balcony overlooking the whole Airlie Beach. Staff members are super helpful making us feel like home. It was such a relaxing place to stay!

Everything was great, but the hill to get up to pinnacles is seriously challenging, along with so many stairs. If you want the view, you have to expect the climb, but if you have any mobility issues or are unfit this is definitly not the plave for you unless you're happy to catch cabs everywhere even for the shortest of trips. Accommodation, pool and staff were great.

This place is great we have stayed three times but they always increase the price when we re book. We found the sea star apartments better and paying way less for the exact same views. Sorry you have lost us.
