Raj and his team are extremely helpful and professional in the way they assist their customers. My dad introduced me to the shop 8 years ago, I won't trust anyone else with my car, Raj and his team have demonstrated a high level quality of service. The team will bend over backwards and are super transparent before they commence any works on the vehicle. My first advice to everyone. Please avoid this place as much as possible. This is my honest review. I took my car to quickstop automotives for a pink slip only. The machanic there who's name is Vishal took the key of my car & said he wants to test drive it. He drove my car away for about 15mins then he returns back & says that he needs to adjust the handbrake. I asked him how much, he replied it wud costs me $45 for the adjustment plus $15 for numberplate globes plus $45 for pink slip. I said ok, no worries. I will pay u. After 20 minutes he comes back & says that he will have to open the wheels & do the adjustment which will costs extra, I asked how much, he said $90+$15+$45 total equals to $150. I even agreed to this. After an hour & more he returns back and says det he will have to fail my pinkslip coz the brake shoes are not good & need to be replaced. I asked him how much will that costs, he said $800. I was shocked. Do u think money is hanging in the trees. Whilst he was putting the wheels back to my car, he said to me that if there will be loud noises coming from ur car then don't bring it back to me n complain coz lots of clients do it. I went inside the store, paid the woman sitting there $150 n was about to leave. Whilst I was reversing and taking my car out, I heard this loud metal grinding type sound coming from under my car. I asked Vishal, why is my car making such loud noises. He said don't complain, come back & get ur brake shoes fixed. When I took my car in, it was in perfect condition. I keep my car upto date mechanically. There was no damage to my car nor was there any unnecessary noise wen I took my car to him but now this machanic has meant to damage my car just so that he could ripp me off by getting more money. I just got my brake shoes fixed by a mobile machanic for $120 labour & the spare part cost me $50 only. And this machanic wanted to charge me $800. Avoid this con place.

Advised transmission service required to possibly get rid of engine and ats temp light on dashboard. Service did not fix issues, which i was warned about which is ok, said issues with gearbox which they don't fix or touch, need to take to gearbox specialist. $560 for transmission service including inspections which i did not ask for such as brakes and other little checks is a little too much. Initially said around 300 - 400, but said special oil is used for subaru, not sure how they justify extra $160 for the oil. Rang other mechanic in Chipping Norton, knew exactly what the issues are and will fix it. Please people ring around for experience mechanic to save time, money and headaches.
