My 4 year old son had croup and needed a chest x-ray. Turned him away even though we had referral from the doctor. The rude receptionist told me me to take him the hospital as there machines weren't working. When we I took to the hospital they said there was nothing wrong with the machines. They don't want to work on anyone that is sick. I hope the worst for all of them

Customer service was exactly what you would expect from this location. Reception was rude, unprofessional and clearly on some vindictive power trip. Don't bother booking here if you don't want your appointment to be cancelled on the spot with no attempt contact you prior to arrival. I should have known to stay with Universal Medical imaging from the start...remember all providers will accept your referral!

The Canberra Imaging Group in Queanbeyan is a pretty good imaging place - I've been to a few - it's got a pretty decent waiting area, the staff are all very friendly and happy to help.The big note on the Canberra Imaging Group in Queanbeyan is their front door. It's Automated. Hit the big green button to your right on the door jamb to get it to open up.Limited parking available, but usually you can get on one on the road out front. If not, around the back you'll find a decent sized carpark, you enter from either Erin St or from Antill St and go through the Aldi car park - you can also get into the Aldi car park from Crawford street.

Canberra Imaging Group - Queanbeyan
Unless they have recently had a complete turn over of staff I find some of these reviews hard to beleive. By far the best experience I have had at an imaging place in Canberra and surrounds. Everyone from the receptionists to the lovely technicians went above and beyond to be friendly and accomodating and make a daunting experience as good as it could be. I will definitely be requesting to use this imaging place for any future scans I might need done.

I’m not sure what the past bad reviews are on about! I visited the Canberra imaging group in Queanbeyan today and everyone at reception and all other staff were wonderful and very professional.
