My experiences with Smada Design was always made easy due to their professionalism and creativeness.Their service was efficient and they were receptive to the individual needs of my business. No query or suggestion went unheard. Smada Design took into consideration all my opinions and merged this with their experience in design to complete all my design and printing needs. Smada Design have looked after my business design needs by developing my business logo, designing and printing my business cards, and designing and printing business invoice pads.I would highly recommend any other individual or business to Smada Designs for any designing and printing needs.

I spoke with a customer service representative “Vanessa”She was very rude, highly unprofessional and very rude.She did not answer my questions as to how to obtain the best quality product, was only interested in my my money and did not bother to answer my questions. I had the worst possible experience with Smada, despite having been recommended to use them by a couple of other designers.The staff are rude, abrupt and unresponsive. I tried on several occasions to ask them questions on how to best set up my files for their processes, and they refused to engage. When the prints arrived, they were printed incorrectly and they refused to take any responsibility; placing the blame on me. They refuse to acknowledge that I emailed several times to try and clarify print set up. I spoke to Vanessa who was extremely rude, and Shannon, who was marginally better but still, displayed a very clear and distinct lack of customer service skills.I was also given a deadline to stick too, which I did, in order for the prints to be delivered a few days before my clients wedding. The prints ended up being delivered the morning of the wedding and were obviously all printed incorrectly. The team backtracked all along the way on this deadline and failed to give me the correct information. This was super stressful for me and my client.In 6 years of business working with printers in Australia, America and the UK, I’ve never run into such issues with printing simple files. And I’ve never been treated with so little regard. I wouldn’t recommend Smada to anyone.

Smada designs printed and cut my wedding invitations. Their prices were competitive and their quality was fantastic. I highly recommend =D
