Do not use this company! Spent 5 minutes pressing buttons until the error message disappeared and I paid the $149 service charge. 5 minutes after the engineer left the error message was back. Called the office and the engineer said they would send me a quote for new pump - $830!! They didn't even take a look at the pump in the 5 minutes he was here.Called the Meile partner engineer for a 2nd opinion who removed the pump and found a bit of plastic that was blocking the flow. No spare parts required.This company have no idea what they are doing and are completely ripping customers off.

I had booked a technician to fix my dishwasher. The technician arrived and spent about 5 minutes turning the power on and off before informing me that they would send a quote for the required parts. Afterwards, he charged me $156.55. I don't believe that the technician could determine the specific faulty part just by toggling the power. Furthermore, the quote I received via email was astonishingly high at $1855 + GST. The price seemed unbelievable, especially considering that the itemized details in the quote only stated PARTS AND LABOR" without specifying which parts were needed. The quote was also significantly higher than the cost of most new dishwashers on the market. It was an incredibly frustrating experience

Got a $5k Fisher and Paykel oven and was told to use these guys to repair it (issue with two of the top burners). They came back and said the parts no longer exist.... the oven is 2 years old... woman was incredibly rude and refused to help in any way. Called a different repair mob who said it was no issue and could be out on Thursday. Funnily enough, he'd heard of this company and said 'say no more' when we mentioned their name. Definitely DO not use this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: I had Master Appliance come and quote to fix oven door (not closing properly). Call out fee (standard) $150. Brand new door was quoted and said to fix the problem, Order took 1 month to come and then when installed the problem was not fixed. A bill of $465 was issued, told them the issue was not resolved but they still insisted I pay. Told them to replace my old door and I will get another company. If I could rate 0☆ I would.

Quoted $950 to fix an oven door that wouldn’t close properly.Being so incredibly shocked by the ‘quote’ (which contained no detail and was just an SMS) and doing some research on YouTube (door spring needed resetting) was able to fix the problem in 5 minutes myself.Asked for justification but never heard back. Absolutely bizarre that a company can operate like this in Sydney in 2022 (perhaps I’ve just answered my own question lol).

Firstly. even though we gave the exact model number of the stove and what was required, the first time they came they didn't bring parts. Then when we stayed home another day and they came, the mark up on the parts was nearly twice what I could buy the same genuine parts myself for, even though they would have a corporate account and can claim back the input GST. So fixing two door hinges and a couple of globes cost nearly $500. An absolute rip off.

They over charged by $51 jus to make more money, they called it a 'quote variation'. turned up to first call out without the part i told them they needed, charged me anyway. in itotal they did 15 mins work, and replaced a $40 part, charged me over $300 just for that.... not happy

Excellent service , honest and very professional. Far better than Miele which ripped me off without repairing their own product.Not the cheapest but definitely no as bad as all the other reviews I see on google.

Buyer beware. I believe their business model revolves around their callout fee and initial visit. Before considering using this company I would only proceed on the basis they have access to spare parts for your specific manufacture and product. Otherwise you will be paying them a bomb to tell you its broken and they have no parts to repair it.

I have been using Master Appliance Service for all my appliances for many years. They’ll always been really good. The technicians have been really helpful, and efficient. Both the office and the technicians are very careful not to service machines or sell parts for machines that are too old or unreliable for economical repair, but quite enthusiastic about keeping better old appliances running. Was advised today not to repair my front-loader and spend the money on a more reliable model. Same with our old refrigerator at the beginning of the year. The new fridge halved our power bills. Yet they were happy to keep our asko dishwasher running, and as a bonus, reprogrammed it so that I could access a delay-start that was not available in the manual.
