Excellent flowy techniques and very strong massage if you like deep tissue massages. Very nice staff. Will definitely come back again.

Online booking system is useless. On multiple occasions when I had booked an appointment online either the shop was closed during opening hours or they were fully booked and apparently did not see the online booking. Calling is not an option as it always goes to voicemail. Unprofessional staff who constantly talk amongst themselves between rooms, despite paying for 30min massage you will be lucky to even get 25min (not to mention they generally walk out multiple times to attend to other matters). The environment is not relaxing and the service is definitely not worth the price. Plenty of other better options nearby!

It was my first time here and it didn't disappoint. I had a very sore back the massage therapist was spot on with her deep tissue massage. I walked out feeling much better. Will go again

I’ve always travelled into the city to get a Thai Massage. Thought I’d try locally this time as I was long overdue for a massage. Googled it and was bit skeptical at first as it looked like a house on the side of the road from the images but the reviews kept me hopeful. I parked easily across the road and instantly felt at ease walking in as it did look like a Thai oasis. I was greeted by Na Li and she is a lovely lady which made me feel very comfortable. I got package A, I told her that I had surgery 7 weeks ago and she adjusted her pressure to make sure I was ok. She checked in couple time to make sure the pressure was ok for me. The music was calming, the room had a nice ambience and the sheets were clean and crisp. My massage was amazing, I left feeling like jelly which I know is a sign of a good massage. Would definitely recommend and keep going back :)

Avoid! Waste of money. Masseuse almost broke my back, very rough. I finished the massage feeling more sore than when I started.Paid for a 60 minute massage and the masseuse walked out at least five times during the massage, chatted with her colleagues and at the 50 minute mark she just walked out and never came back.

I have been to this massage place for about 5x now, the previous visit was average but the last visit was the worst. My body has been aching because of long hours of work thats why i seek for relaxation. I purchased the 1.5 hour deep tissue massage and paid 130$. The masseuse who attended me was middle age lady who seemed to be nice however her performance wasnt gentle at all. The worst and roughest masseuse i have ever met. Even if i say to be gentle she didnt listen. She is also the loudest, chatting to the colleague while shes with me. She moves my head so roughly and scratch my head with her nails. Instead of being relaxed i felt hurt and unhappy in the end. Wont go back to this place anymore.

Excellent deep tissue massages and open every day until late. I usually see Debbie at Austral on Mondays or Tuesdays. She will tailor your massages so that you get exactly what you want, she's great!*

Every aspect of my massage was excellent. My therapist was exceptionally skilled and I would recommend to anyone who wants a great experience. She persevered to find and fix the main point of pain in my back. THANK YOU!

SECOND time now that I have experienced disappointment travelling all the way here just to tell me that there’s been a problem with booking and they could not accommodate my CONFIRMED booking, also phone was turned off when I tried to call, unprofessional. Will not waste my time again. Booking system is a JOKE
