Had the most amazing experience! Only had 4 weeks before my wedding and they did everything to get me my perfect dress with time to still get it altered! They were professional and kind and made me feel at ease the entire time. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I wish I’d read reviews before attending here. After coming straight from a dedicated bridal shop just beforehand Ferrari couldn’t even compare. When we walked in for our appointment they seemed uninterested and like I was a bother. Was asked if I had an appt and said yes, she walked off saying she’ll find out who’s doing it. She came back and said ‘so it looks like I’m doing your apt’ as if it was a huge inconvenience.Extremely limited selection of bridal gowns and the young customer service rep didn’t help at all. The dresses seemed awfully cheaply made and felt stiff, their inbuilt breast cups were two bits of cheap bra cupping sewn into the dress by the corners and left hanging out, and they were double the price of the other bridal store.Being a size 16 I was already self conscious and they could only offer size 6/8 dresses to try on, anything bigger was not the style of dress I was after. My friend had to help me into my dresses, no professionalism whatsoever, no clamps, no help to fit the dresses correctly, and then to show your group you have to walk out in front of everyone else in the shop staring at you feeling like a complete baboon in a dress you don’t even want to be in. I felt like a clown and I was internally screaming to get out of there the entire time.I honestly only tried on 2 dresses to be polite, myself and my group could not wait to get out of there. If I did what I wanted when I first walked in I would’ve honestly walked straight back out.If you’re a bride looking for your dream dress, don’t look here! You’re better off going across the road to lifeline! Very disappointing experience.And after reading the reviews now I can see they don’t seem to care, because all of the issues I mentioned have been mentioned before and their response that customer service is of ‘utmost importance’ clearly isn’t.

Worst experience ever with this company.After I hired a suit in the shop they said it'll takes 3-4 days to arrive from Melbourne and they'll be in touch.I called them wondering why they hadn't called, this was one day prior my function. They said they lost my suit in the post and they will make something up in the shop at the last minute.I couldn't trust this so I ended up buying another suit.They said they wouldn't refund my money so I just hired the suit they had in the shop only to find when I got home it had stains all over the jacket.I didn't wear it in the end and wore the suit I purchased.Very disappointed, Will not be returning in the future.

Had a very bad experience, from the moment i walked in i was pulling and trying dresses on my own without help. 1 young lady was supposed to be helping but kept disappearing for long periods of time. I was very coerced into purchasing a dress on the spot without much time to think, a very tired, stressed and delusional bride after being to many stores that day agreed to the purchase, i was told that if i didnt purchase the dress that day then it would sell and another one wouldn't arrive in time before my wedding so i rushed into the purchase. I realised after returning home that this was not the dress for me at all, i asked if i could exchange as it is still in the bag brand new untouched i was told there was nothing they could do. I now have no money to purchase a new dress and it is a month out from my wedding, i have had to purchase one from the second hand shop. Thankyou for ruining the biggest day of my life, it would have been no money out of your pocket to allow me to do an in store exchange.Maybe in the future allow brides time to think as we are already tired and stressed enough and find it hard to make clear minded decisions and it is a very large purchase. Also make sure you are present for appointments so the bride doesn't have to be fumbling around and pulling dresses on their own, it definitely adds to the stress and possibly making the wrong decision after hours of trying on dresses.

I was lucky to come in at the right time as they were between appointments and I could try on dresses and get the advice and help that an appointment would get. They had great service. I was happy with the selection of dresses. Although I'm sure that appointments are not needed to browse the store, I would recommend it if you are planning on trying dresses, just to make sure you can have the attention you would probably want.

The service was horrendous, I emailed Ferrari after our visit and got no response so now I’ll be sharing my feedback publicly.The moment we arrived the mood in the room was “uninterested”.We left early because the service was not enjoyable at all. It shouldn’t have been my mother or my friends job to run around the store looking for dresses for me.We were the only ones there with 3 staff around, and the young lady we had today… I’ve got to say it was terrible. Why was she walking away, taking phone calls, barely saying a word and taking 0 interest in getting to know us? The lack of interest in what we were there for was mind blowing, and barely helping at all.It wasn’t until after 3-4 dresses she asked if I needed a hand when she should have been there assisting me in and out of dresses the whole time. There were some dresses I tried and I liked them, but I was over it by that point and didn’t stay for long. I get better service in a regular retail shop. So we will not be coming back and I won't be recommending this place.Ladies for what it’s worth please do yourselves a favour and avoid getting a wedding dress from Ferrari Formalwear in Maroochydore.

Do not recommend this shop for anyone. Staff are uninterested in serving you, even if you have an appointment booked. The staff didn't help my sister in or out of any dresses. They only had 1 or 2 dresses in the whole store bigger than a size 8, which was super demoralizing for my sister and she ended the visit in tears. Very disappointed with the managers service in particular. Will never set foot in this store ever again.

Do not recommend at all.Came to this store for a bridal booking as a bridesmaid.The customer service received was sour, lacking in warmth, enthusiasm or professionalism. Our bride and other bridesmaids were treated rudely.The attendant would not help our bride select dresses, instead she was shown to the sale rack and left alone. She was not assisted into gowns. Her bridesmaids were verbally discouraged from helping her into or out of her gowns.The attendant would not clearly state or outline timeframes or budgets for alterations or dress delivery.We did not buy a single item from this store, and have warned anyone we care about to avoid this place.

I had the most amazing experience as soon as I entered the building, we were greeted and shown around the store with the different options that were laid out, my choices were then added to the dressing room and had consistent help with sizes and tying up the dresses. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED just go straight here first! Shout out to lovely Lorraine for making my experience easy and amazing! I found my dress after only 7 try ons..
