I am REALLY HAPPY with Tank Tec. As a female, owner builder which has challenges when doing this for first time, Tank Tec were really helpful.My water tank and fire tank are excellent products, well priced when compared to other companies and delivered on time.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Two 20,000 litre tanks leaked like colanders after just 5 years. Zero after-sales help, never once returned my phone calls. Avoid this company.

Stay clear from this company they are unreliable won't call back I've been waiting around for a week for a call back on my leaking tank I have rang everyday to secretary to get them to call still waiting so I will have no more dealings with them , also I rang them about 21/22nd Dec to get my tank cleaned was coming in next couple days again I rang daily just being told they are coming haha never did I will never recommend them to anyone all lies ,lies and promises but not kept

Wonderful staff, both at the shop-site and in delivery. The delivery itself was prompt, smooth, and expertly done in spite of the uneven terrain and obstacles on our property. I can't speak highly enough of them. We will definitely be returning to TankTec for further business!

We purchased three tanks for our property, two of which were stainless steel. One had rusty screws after one year, which they promised to fix, but never did. The second tank developed a large leak at the seam after 5 years, which they refuse to cover under warranty. They do not respond to emails and left us with an empty tank. I would not recommend this product, they do not provide after sales service or honour the 10 year warranty. We tried to support local business, but they don't support their customers.

I found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and professional. I now have a fabulous new tank filling up as I write.The tank delivery went very smoothly and the delivery guys were friendly and helpful with information. They delivered it quickly and with ease even though my (driveway and paddock ect) entry to the site was not the best. They were happy doing their job. Thanks guys.I totally recommend this company.
