I dropped my camera damaging the lens and took to them hoping the body was OK. Toban (?) spent a long time trying to salvage the body but without success. He then discussed all the options for a replacement, including the various second hand units they had in stock. When I selected the replacement he then showed how to use some of the less obvious functions. Must have been there for an hour. Highly recommend.

Went here looking for a product that they didn't have. They took an interest in our need, and explained lots of useful information and found an alternative supplier for us. I would not hesitate to go here again. 100% positive experience even though they didn't have what we were after.
